This policy explains how Veripano handles account, project, image, and website information while you use our real-estate photo enhancement service.

Information we process
We process account details supplied through sign-in, listing project names, uploaded images, generated results, and service activity such as generation and export status.
How we use it
- Provide, secure, and improve the photo enhancement workflow.
- Associate projects and credits with the correct account or temporary browser session.
- Generate private download archives and AI-enhancement disclosure materials.
- Understand product usage only when you accept analytics cookies.
Image retention and access
Uploaded source images are retained for up to 24 hours. Generated images are retained for up to 7 days from successful generation. Export ZIP/PDF archives are retained for up to 24 hours after creation. Files are stored privately and accessed through time-limited, owner-scoped links.
Analytics and cookies
With your consent, Veripano uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand aggregated product use. We do not intentionally send image contents, email addresses, listing addresses, signed URLs, or API keys in analytics events.
Sharing and contact
We use service providers required to run Veripano, including hosting, private object storage, database, authentication, and image-generation providers. We do not sell uploaded listing images. For privacy questions, contact support@veripano.pro.
