Terms of Service
These terms govern access to Veripano's MVP real-estate photo enhancement service.

Using Veripano
Use Veripano only for images you are authorized to upload and process. You are responsible for your account, listing decisions, and compliance with applicable laws, MLS rules, brokerage requirements, and client obligations.
AI-enhanced results
Veripano improves presentation attributes such as brightness, color balance, and clarity. It is not legal advice, MLS approval, or a guarantee that an image is acceptable for publication. Review every result and make any required disclosure yourself.
MVP credits and availability
New visitors receive five starter credits subject to anti-abuse controls. Each first generation uses one credit; each image includes one free regeneration attempt. The MVP does not provide payments, subscriptions, credit packs, refunds, or a free-credit application process.
Content and service limits
Do not upload unlawful, infringing, harmful, or deceptive content. We may limit or suspend access needed to protect the service, users, providers, or applicable rights. The service is provided as available during this MVP phase.
